Q: How do I place an order?

Q: Do you have a shop/trade counter?

A: We don’t, but we are happy to demonstrate our portable air conditioning or heating units if you make an appointment


Q:  How long does delivery of your portable units  take?

A: All standard deliveries (nationwide and Birmingham area), will be completed within 1-3 days of order placement. If your requirement is urgent, please advise the sales team at the time of enquiry and/or order placement, as we can offer a same day/next day service where available.


Q:  Do you provide free site surveys?

A: We do, as we want to ensure our customers have the best solution for their heating or cooling needs.


Q: I have received a cheaper quote, can you better it?

A: We would need to know details of the quote, eg what is included in the cost, what is in the ‘small print’.  We would try to offer a competitive quote - and do take a look at our Price Match Promise - but it may be that our service is superior or our equipment is in a better condition than a cheaper alternative.


Q: I have ordered the incorrect product/changed my mind.  What can I do?

A: If the air conditioning unitportable heater or dehumidifier is on hire, we are happy to exchange, but sold equipment is non-returnable.  We recommend  free site surveys to ensure you have the most appropriate solution for your heating, dryng or cooling needs.


Q: What is the maximum hose length on a standard portable air conditioning unit?

A: 3 metres


Q: Do the units make a lot of noise?

It depends on the type of unit.  If you need a particularly quiet room air conditioner or heater, then our sales team can advise you.


Q: What is included in your quote?

A: Our prices show the number, type and cost of the unit(s)  and include standard delivery and collection.  If appropriate, we will also include site positioning, installation and de-installation, meaning there are no hidden ‘extras’.


Q: What regions do you cover?

A: We are based in Birmingham and cover most of the Midlands area, including Northamptonshire, Warwickshire, Bedfordshire, Leicestershire, and Cambridgeshire.  Our Head Office based in Manor Royal, Crawley covers  London and the South East – Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex, Hampshire, Essex, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.  In fact, between us, we can cover most of the country!


Q: The equipment appears to have a fault, what can I do?

A: All our equipment is serviced and carefully checked before it leaves our warehouse, but if you do have a problem, our staff are on hand 24/7 and will try to resolve any problem over the phone.  If the problem cannot be resolved in this way, we will get an engineer to you at the earliest opportunity.
